He runs the asylum of Driftwood. This guy is utterly dedicated to cure
each and every sick pepper-person ever entering his premises but failed,
he wasn't able to discharge any patient so far but never
dismisses anyone who needs help with any disorder. He is a genius when
it comes to wild theories about the universe and stuff but can't be
bothered with simple matters (actually he is just dumb with easy things)
so all the real work is done by his assistant, Otto.
